I have a 3 year old Quaker Parrot named Quincy that I must sell. S/he is not getting the attention he so desperately needs. We call Quincy "he" but have not have him sexed.

Quincy is a very good bird when we take him away from his cage but is very protective of his territory. (very normal behavior as far as I am concerned)
